What it is
This feature sits on top of the report a candidate already receives after an interview. Rather than reading the written reasoning once and moving on, a candidate can ask a direct question about it, in plain language, and get a direct answer back.
The underlying service reads from the interview's actual transcript and its scored report before answering, so the response reflects that specific conversation rather than a generic explanation of how interviews in general get scored.

A candidate asking why their Cultural Fit score was lower than expected doesn't get a general answer about what cultural fit means in an interview. The response is built from what that candidate actually said in that specific session, which is the entire point of anchoring the feature to the transcript and report rather than a standalone advice engine.

A report can say a session lost points for an abrupt ending or a filler-word ratio over 10%, but a number alone doesn't always make clear what that looked like in the moment. Asking the report directly, what part of my answer counted as filler, or why the ending was flagged as abrupt, turns a flagged deduction into something a candidate can actually understand and fix.
