Ask for an overview and the agent calls list_my_applications: every job you've applied to, the employer, the current status, when you applied, and your own AI interview scores where you've completed one.
Those results render as cards, and in its reply the agent picks out what's actually worth your attention rather than reading the list back to you line by line, maybe an interview that's sitting unfinished, or three applications that have gone quiet at the same stage.
Ask about one specific application and it calls get_application_status instead, which goes deeper on that single job: the exact status, the dates that matter, your interview scores and the improvement tips tied to them, and a link to continue or review the interview if there's one still open. Both tools only ever return your own data, filtered to exactly the fields your applications page already shows you.
Checking in on your applications
A couple of weeks after a busy application push, you ask: "what's the status of my recent applications?" The agent calls list_my_applications and the results render as cards. In its reply it doesn't repeat every row.
It notices that two applications are sitting at the interview stage with the AI interview never started, and says so directly, since that's the one thing actually blocking progress on both.
You ask about one of them by name: "what's going on with the analyst role at Acme?" It calls get_application_status for that specific application and comes back with the exact status, when you applied, and a link to pick the interview back up if that's what's holding things up.
From there it can offer to check your inbox for any reply from Acme, or help you get the interview started, but it doesn't do either until you say so.
Boundaries
What it can and can't see
Neither tracking tool touches an approval card. They only read what's already yours, so they answer as soon as you ask. What they return is scoped tightly: only your own applications, never anyone else's, and only the fields you'd already see on your own applications page.
An employer's internal notes, ratings, or pipeline stage labels beyond what's shown to you are outside what the agent can access, not withheld by choice but structurally unavailable to this tool.
Interview scores reported here are your own, tied to interviews you've actually completed; nothing is estimated or filled in when a score doesn't exist yet. Application status itself only updates when the employer or Intervieux's own systems change it.
The agent can't move an application forward or backward a stage on your behalf; that's not part of what these tools do. And like the rest of the agent, checking your applications costs nothing. It's part of the free job board and personal agent, with no subscription required to see where you stand.
Frequently asked questions
Can the AI career agent see how an employer is reviewing my application internally?
No. It only has access to the same fields your own applications page shows you: status, dates, and your own interview scores. Employer-internal notes, ratings, and pipeline data are not part of what this tool can reach.
Will it tell me if I never finished an interview for one of my applications?
Yes. Resumable interviews are part of what list_my_applications and get_application_status report, and the agent will flag an unfinished one and offer the link to pick it back up.
Does checking my applications require approval?
No. Both tracking tools are read-only, so they run as soon as you ask. Approval only applies to actions that change something, like starting a new application.
Can the agent see anyone else's applications?
No. Both tools only reach your own account, so nothing they return traces back to another candidate.
