# Built-in applicant tracking (ATS)

Intervieux includes a full applicant tracking system behind every job posting, so there is no separate ATS to buy, connect, or keep in sync. Every AI interview a candidate completes lands directly in a pipeline you already own.

Most companies that add AI interviews bolt them onto a tracking system they already pay for, which means exporting transcripts, copying scores by hand, or waiting on an integration that only covers half the workflow. Intervieux was built the other way around: the interview and the tracking system share one database from the start. A candidate applies, the AI interview runs, and the result appears on a candidate card in your pipeline with the score, the transcript, and any notes your team has already left, no import step required.

## What it does

The ATS is the working surface every recruiter sees after a job goes live. Each candidate has a card that carries their AI interview scores across five dimensions, technical challenge results where relevant, tags, a priority flag, free-text notes from your team, a star rating, and a full timeline of everything that happened to the application, from applied to screened to a stage change made by a teammate at 4pm on a Tuesday. Cards live inside a pipeline, and the pipeline is the whole point: you see where every open role stands without opening a spreadsheet.

## How it works

1. **A candidate applies and interviews** — Someone applies to a job posted through Intervieux and completes the AI screening interview tied to that role. The moment it finishes, a candidate card is created or updated automatically.
2. **Scoring and notes attach to the card** — The five AI scores, any technical challenge result, and salary or experience data pulled from the interview populate the card immediately, before a recruiter has looked at anything.
3. **Rules can act before a human sees it** — If a screening rule is set up for the job, it evaluates the new scores as soon as they land and can tag the candidate, move them a stage, raise priority, flag them, or send a notification, all before anyone opens the pipeline.
4. **Your team works the pipeline directly** — Recruiters and hiring managers add notes, change stages, rate candidates, and take bulk actions across multiple applicants at once, all inside the same view where the interview results already live.
5. **Export or hand off when you need to** — At any point the pipeline can be exported to CSV or Excel with per-job trait columns and an AI hiring recommendation attached, for a hiring manager who wants the data outside the tool, or a report to a client.

## The event timeline is the real audit trail

Every stage change, note, tag, and rule action a candidate goes through is recorded in order on their card. If someone asks why a candidate was moved to rejected three weeks ago, the answer is on the timeline, not in someone's memory or a Slack thread that scrolled away.

## Bulk actions cover the repetitive parts

Once a batch of interviews finishes for a role, recruiters can select a group of candidates and move stage, tag, or update priority across all of them at once, instead of opening each card individually.

## Import brings existing candidates in

Companies that already have candidates in progress elsewhere can import them into the pipeline rather than starting from zero, so the ATS becomes the single place work happens going forward instead of one more tool to check.

## Who this is for

This is for hiring teams who want the interview and the pipeline in one place instead of stitching two products together with a CSV export and hope. It works whether you have one recruiter running everything or a small team splitting stages, roles, and follow-up across people, because the same candidate card and timeline are what everyone is looking at.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a separate ATS alongside Intervieux?

No. Intervieux includes pipeline stages, candidate cards, tags, notes, bulk actions, and export as part of the product. Companies that already run another ATS can still use Intervieux for AI interviews and pull results out through export or the API, but nothing requires a second system.

### Can I customize the stages candidates move through?

The pipeline ships with seven canonical stages, from new through hired or rejected, and employers can customize the stage setup rather than being locked into a fixed default. See the customizable pipeline stages page for detail.

### What shows up on a candidate's card?

AI interview scores across five dimensions, technical challenge results when a job includes one, tags, priority, flags, notes from your team, a star rating, and a full timeline of every stage change and action taken on that application.

### Can I get the pipeline data out of the product?

Yes. Export produces a CSV or Excel file with per-job trait columns and an AI hiring recommendation for each candidate, ready to hand to a hiring manager or attach to an internal report.
